Self-help

Any help that you receive from us should help you to help yourself. Especially people with addictive disorders or their relatives do not need help that leads to a new dependency. Rather, they need experience of efficacy and the ability to rake responsibility for their actions and find a suitable way out of addiction as experts in their own matters.

In order to further develop and consolidate this help for self-help in a community, we recommend that our clients participate in self-help groups.

Schwindelfrei

Schwindelfrei (meaning "free from giddiness") is a free self-help group founded by young adults that is also open to new members and meets every Friday at 7 p.m. at the Boje.
